Post order on category page

Hi,

Great theme! Really enjoying using it. I think I’ve got everything worked out except the following:

How do I change or control the post order on category pages. For example if you go to your demo at http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/tagdiv-lifestyle/ you can see the 5 ‘main’ stores at the top and then other stories listed underneath this. For example there is a story on Whitewater rafting in the primary grid spot. Why is this here… is it the last post to be published? Is there any way of changing which post appears here?

On ‘pages’ I can control what appears in these areas (e.g. most popular posts over the last 7 days) but I can’t work out how to do the same on these main category post pages.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no option to control the sort order for category pages. These modules will display your latest posts from that specific category.
The only way to change the sort order is to alter the theme core files.
