Hi, I just purchased the Newspaper theme. Love it.
I have a question on the featured image. Do I need to manually crop the image to fit the aspect ratio of the space provided in the template?
My featured image is not cropped automatically to fit the 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio.

You have to be careful of the images you upload and check how they are displayed in different blocks. In the theme panel->block settings you will see a section for thumbnails: http://screencast.com/t/Dt7016hmpr6. These are the sizes used across the site. You need to upload images bigger than the block thumbnail you want it to display in. I hope this helps.
