There are 2 ways to go about this. Either you look for a plugin that does that, or you use a php function to do it. Maybe something like https://www.doitwithwp.com/insert-the-current-datetime-in-posts-or-pages/

Just a little tuning. I have typed into Wp settings F j, Y @ G:i a and I have as result ottobre 16, 2015 @ 8:36 am. I’d like to have 24 h format. What’s wrong?
