Hi,
Give us your site URL to see the issue, probably you have some java-script conflicts caused by a plugin or something. What you can do is to disable all plugins or one by one and see if work.

Yes I noticed. I deactivated the Jquery plugin for Contact Form 7 validation. and its working now. Is there any way rather than deactivating plugins?

Is a conflict of JavaScript there. Can you use something else instead of that plugin?

I don’t know yet. as of now i just deactivated it.
