After I updated Newspaper theme to ver 6.5 from 4.x – My slider images are not correctly sized.

How can I fix that? What could be the reason for this? I runned the update script.
I’m also worried about future updates. Will new updates lead to a lot of small fixes on the site?

Please regenerate your thumbnails – https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/ it should fix this issue.
This was a major update as the Newspaper 6 is practically a new theme, all the code was rewritten. You should not have now any issues with the new versions of the theme, we will just add new features, some fixes that should not create any issues. It will not be any major changes to the theme code in the near future.
