I’ve checked your site and the problem appear on Chrome too. Also I noticed that the html structure for your menu is different then the one from the theme. Try deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also you can try this css in theme panel > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/x5SM3UGB

You can check the our demo and see how the mobile menu works – http://screencast.com/t/j13jVsaxT0i if you need another implementation I suggest to get a professional developer to help you with this as the time doesn’t allow us to provide custom work. Also the plugin you use for for menu affects the the theme as the theme has already a mobile version.
