Hello I have a question
I can put Adsense with Sidebar Fixed Newsmag?
this effects Adsense policies?

As long as it is not just ads only scrolling. This means you have to have other content or widgets besides ads. So lets say one ad and at least 2+ widgets on the sidebar. They don’t like just ads only scrolling and it is considered floating ads, which is against their policy.

Not any issues with not scrolling or not smart sidebar but without other widgets it looks like big white space when going down the page.

Google has a lot of restrictions regarding their ads and the best thing you can do is to read carefully the policy and follow their suggestions: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en Our theme was built to work with adsense and it respects the adsense TOS.
