Hi,
Our theme does not have an option to place a like button on it’s blocks and modules or on top the post featured image. You can try to use plugins to do this but we cannot recommend one because we have not tested them.
You can follow this tutorial to try and implement it : https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button#configurator
