I have regenerated all the thumbnails and checked all the options in the “Thumbs on modules and blocks” section. But the grey gradient appers in the images. I am using biggrid 3. Please inform me the image dimensions so that the image fits perfectly in the section.

Please make sure that the images displayed in grid are at least by thumb’s size. For example the first thumb on the left have 534X462px so the image should be at least that dimension to fit well because WordPress won’t enlarge images, only crops them.

I have resized the image to 534X462px and the first block works in the big grid works fine. But the gray bar still appears in the beside horizontal section and also beside the images on the bottom of the horizontal section.

Also, the image of the articles after the big grid are not of same size. Please check this issue too.

Please try to regenerate your thumbnails using the force regenerate plugin.
You can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer to rule out a plugin conflict.
