Static sidebar problem

Hi,

I try to fix the “smart sidebar” on http://www.info-afrique.com
But when I choose “disable” on the Theme panel / Template setting, nothing happen…

Can you help me to fix that ?

I’ve checked your site and i do not find any active smart sidebar. Have you solved this in meanwhile? Please provide more details about it so i can be able to provide a more accurate answer.
