I was wondering is there a way to make a smart list without the numbers counting down/up? Instead of the number i’d like to display an icon or something else. If that is not possible is there a way to include 2 or more smart lists in one post that start to count the numbers from the beginning?
What am i trying to do: I’d like to do a holiday gift guide post and include different products there, i’m going to separate the products by category so it’s easier to navigate.

You can replace the item number from smart list with an icon using a plugin like Font Awesome 4 which works fine with the theme. Select an icon which you want to display it, copy the css class and paste it in the file corresponding with the smart list that you’re using: http://screencast.com/t/XWxkwxwaeK – http://screencast.com/t/dNpgmlAk
The smart list works as an individual post so you can’t separate the items by categories. To achieve that you need to change the way smart lists works. Please consider that this is a complex task which require many customizations in theme files and also involve good coding skills. If you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ to do this for you as we can’t offer customization services at the moment.
