We encountered this error before but unfortunately it can be a number of things. We have not yet found an exact cause of this error, but generally it is related to server and wordpress configuration.
Please verify that you have upload permissions on your server and also if you have restrictions for external sources.
Please contact your hosting provider and check these configurations.
It could also have been a temporary issue due to high traffic.
Try to install the demo again after checking with your host and if the problem is still there and all permissions and restrictions are ok, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can take a look for ourselves. Please also include a link to this topic.

Hello, I solved the problem after 3 install/uninstall sessions. It works properly now. Still I’ll talk to my hosting company. Thanks for your help.
