Please make sure that you have followed all the correct steps to our documentation, because I have tested again on our theme and works perfectly.

Go to Theme panel->Theme fonts like this: http://screencast.com/t/zh29FwQyA . First of all, you have to download on the website an custom fonts as you like, of course. You can search a lot of this in this link: http://www.1001freefonts.com/ . After you have downloaded the font file, please use this online tool to create your own font: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator .

After these steps http://screencast.com/t/p5vrpGyLrD4 you have to find the .woff file and insert it in Theme panel->Theme fonts->Custom fonts file like this: http://screencast.com/t/5AFW5qRKB . Now, your fonts are ready to use. You can find it in Theme panel-Theme fonts, like this: http://screencast.com/t/CFnRX3Fh – http://screencast.com/t/Zkm4J24zwjE

If you want to change the fonts in all the theme, unfortunately, our theme does not an simply option to set it for all this…it is necessary to change it manually in theme panel, wherever you want to defend this font, like this: http://screencast.com/t/HkVYzvlff2 .

Please make sure that you have followed correct all the steps which I presented above. Also, try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches and purges all CDN files if you have and try it again.
