It is very hard to understand your request, as the translation is a bit broken. As i understand you want to have every category different including the logo by using sub-domains. In order to achieve this you will need to create as many sub-domains as categories and apply the theme to each one and set a different logo to each instance of your website. Then you can assign a custom link in the menu to point to the particular category on a sub-domain website. Unfortunately this is the only way to do it, because you cannot just use a category page from a sub-domain. you will have to use an entire website.
Unfortunately there is no alternative just to change the logo on category pages.

They specify that you can use one license for one product (website). You can use it if your subdomains are part of the same site-product (ex. you use it to create different category styles or different languages with the same content)
