So as I understood correctly you get Visual Composer license with Newsmag. But as you don’t get the secret API to confirm the Visual Composer install you can’t use their support. I’ve got a few problems with anchor elements in Visual Composer, I’d like to use their support but I can’t, can I ask them here?
Woah. I was dealing with the problem for 2 whole days! Finally I noticed a typo in the code. Just an FYI for everyone, always check the code with a clear head!
Nevertheless, if iIn the future I need the support of Visual Composer how can I get it?

You can address us you questions regarding Visual Composer’s built in elements because being included in theme’s path we offer support for this plugin. If you have any issues with plugin’s usage please let us know and we will try to solve them. We also can open a ticket at Visual Composer support team if the plugins have any functionality issues. However we can’t offer any customizations for the plugins or the theme. We do our best to provide best quality support but unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we are a small team and we are working very hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
