Articles not showing in theme

I bought NewsPaper for my site reeviewz and whenever I update any article it does not show in theme and shows after 3-4 hours. However I get views on that particular articles within few minutes. Please help

If you are using caching plugin like wp super cache, or w3 total cache, or wp fastest cache, or any other plugin, make sure to clear the cache after you publish a post or page. Or configure it to that itself when you publish something. Or just deactivate caching plugin.
