Full width row on homepage

I’m trying to create a full width top row containing a revolution slider on my homepage.
Any quick way to do this?

I figure I’d have to modify the core index.php file, but the elements are generated dynamically using visual composer vc-row elements.

Hi,

I tried this one, but the image inside Big Grid became uncentralized (more for left). What should i do?

Hello,
The grid elements will not position properly on a full width row. The example above was for a revolution slier which has it’s own css for positioning. A big grid will require further customization as it depends on the fixed width column layout of our theme.
As an example here is how a big grid 3 will display in a full width row:
