Footer changes when ad is placed

Whenever I add an inline banner ad to the homepage, the footer (the lower black portion of the homepage) changes and the sides are cut off. I am not using Google ads. http://www.onechristianvoice.com. How do I create inline ads without the footer changing shape?

I figured out what the problem was on this issue.
