Hello,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer to rule out a plugin conflict. Also clear your cace and purge CDN files if you use it. You can also try to regenerate your thumbnails using force the regenerate plugin.

Hi Bogdan, I try to disabled my plugin one by one. Problem solved after disabled Jetpack plugin. I think this is should fix soon, all people used Jetpack.

You can try to enable jetpack again and just disable the photon feature which is known to cause issues. Or try different settings of the plugin. Jetpack works with our theme, just not all of it’s features (it has lots of them)

I did not recommend using photon at all. I recommended you use jetpack but NOT with the photon feature. So please, NO photon. It does not work with the theme and it will not work in future updates as well unless we change our whole image implementation. Not all features of jetpack are tested. We do know of 2 features that cause problems for certain and should never be used with the theme. One is photon and the other is the mobile theme.

The Good news! Photon has been update by Jetpack. They fix some isue with thumbnail, and now its work properly.
