Change the number of posts by page

Hello,

I try to change my page “blog”
I want to reduce the number of posts by page, 10 to 8 posts by page.

I can not find the command.

Built in feature of WordPress … go to the WP admin panel, under settings, reading.

note the “blog pages show at most ….” option

Unfortunately, I had already changed this option:

But that does not change.

Maybe a code in the “php” to change?

An idea ?

Hello Dematteo,

I’ve tested on my end with the classic blog file, like this: http://screencast.com/t/dYURompIZf and works fine. If you do not use this kind of page blog and you have a static page named BLOG, the number of displayed posts on your page you can adjust within Blocks Settings. Please provide more details about this, so I can be able to provide a more accurate response.
