I bought 3 Newspaper theme units to install on my clients. Excellent theme, congratulations.
Regarding Support remaining. I did not understand yet. I ask:
1) For these three unit already bought, how long can I download the new updates ?. What will be the final date for me to download?
2) After that date, how do I get new updates, with you?
3) After the end date will be able to access this forum for help? I have to pay?

Generally you should not post license codes or receipt numbers here, as everybody can see them.
I think they will be announcing some kind of “how support will work” once the initial 6 month thing runs out that Envato/ThemeForest enacted recently.
I have the same question.
My thought with my multiple licenses, was pay for additional support for *one* item, which gives me the downloads for the other ones that expire. 🙂

There is no limit time regarding the access to the new updates. As long as you have a valid license for the theme you will be able to download the new updates. Also you can access the forum for help as long as you have a valid license key. Here on the forum we will try to answer at all your questions and you don’t have to worry about a and date for support.
