Background disappered after Update

Hi guys,

I just updated to the latest version – and now my background image disappeared.

I tried changing the background image, saving again, etc – but nothing works.
It stays in boxed mode but with white background.

What’s the fix?

Hi,

Please check this also without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if the issue is still there. I also tested this and did not found any issue with the site background.
If the issue persist please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a closer look at this.

Hi Alin,

Thanks for the quick reply.
I deactivated all plugins and then activated one by one – the problem is with the: tagDiv Speed Booster.
I updated to the latest tagDiv Speed Booster, but the problem still persists.

Hello,
The tagdiv speedbooster should not create any problems with images. Please only try this with visual composer and speedbooster active. If you modified the speedbooster files, please also check your modifications and revert to the initial settings (make a back-up of your work before).
