How to edit "header" and "footer"

Dear Team

I want to edit the top header with the contents: blog, forum, contact and purchase theme.
I want to delete the blog ada purchase theme, and want to modify the forum and contact content.

And also the footer with these contents: Disclaimer Privacy Advertisement Contact Us
I want to modify the contents.

Hello mkljrd,

You can change the Top Bar menu from WP panel->Appearance->Menu section, like this: http://screencast.com/t/LYCsNvFGU – http://screencast.com/t/9qoveb3Dkb ->in this section, you can remove or change this menu as you wish. -> http://screencast.com/t/3hawXrbm

Also, for sub footer menu, have practically same steps and you have control of this from Theme panel->Footer->Sub footer settings, like this: http://screencast.com/t/u379LqfRx
