Hello,
Unfortunately it seems internet explorer 9 is not recognizing your arrows on the menu properly. You will need to add another ‘font icon’ or change the font of the menu so ie9 can recognize it.
Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately internet explorer 9 is way behind on everything and some features will not be recognized by iut especially in customized websites such as yours. The issue could come from the custom css you used to make your website rtl. Some css attribute and proprieties are not recognized by ie9. You can try to change the font of the menu to the default one or try a different one and see how they work. (right now you are using this one: http://screencast.com/t/6Nyuz4f8D)

Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hi,

Please try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css and it will be applied only for IE9: http://screencast.com/t/FPWp78A2v

.ie9 .sf-menu .td-icon-menu-down {
padding-right: 18px !important;
}

Thanks!

Hello,

Unfortunately you will need to hire a freelancer to help out with the css as it was changed a lot and does not behave as expected anymore. The theme has no RTL option and in order to make it RTL lots of css was altered and it will be no surprise if more and more elements will not be positioned correctly on your website. We usually help out where we can but we are a small team and time does not allow us to tackle time consuming tasks.
You can hire a freelancer to help you out with setting up your website from sites like studio.envato.com

Thank you for your understanding.
