install td-social-counter from theme-panel error

hi 🙂

please help me, td-social-error counter does not display the number of likes on facebook (newspapper V 6.6.1)

first i try to install this plugin td-social-counter.zip in the add new plugins >>

I tried to remove the TD-social-counter from wp-content >> plugins

then i try to install directly from Newspapper >> plugins and I get this error when installing directly from the theme-panel newspapper

but why fail when installed on a theme-panel?

if you dont use facebook username, just input the number of your facebook account
