when we use smart list 1 and 3 , both of them separate each page by one H3, which is too short for us
is there any way that we could control how many “H3” is one page?
if not possible on smart list, any method to achieve this on normal post template?
we want to cut long article into pages by our own wishs

Do you refer to the length of the h3 title for you smartlists?
If you do, please make sure you use the latest theme version 6.6.1 as there is not limit for title length. Or if you don’t want to update the theme please check the code – http://screencast.com/t/dX9bIMCcaYII

no, that is not I meant.
I meant that currently one H3 = one page , some of our paragraph is very short, in this way, one page is too short with one H3
we want to control like 3xH3 = one page

Hi,
Unfortunately we have no easy way to do this. You can make the smartlist use another title instead of h3 if you want so for example you can make it use the h4 tag so the h3 tags will be ignored, http://screencast.com/t/AtfwQrxmRLZg but in order to make it ‘jump’ over a few h3 tags when these are set to be used, it will require a bit of coding knowledge.
You need to hire a freelancer for this one if you want it like so.
