Hello, I just bough the Newsmag theme, but the theme panel is not showing well, thus I cannot add logo, set the categories and others because they are not clickable.
Anyone with solution pls.

Please make sure that you’re using the folder downloaded from themeforest to update the theme, here it’ the update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ Also deactivate all plugins clear all caches, switch to a default WP theme and test again. You can also try by doing a fresh install of WordPress, then try to install the theme and check if the problem persist.
Please try to disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer and try again. This could be from a plugin conflict.
After this changes, if your problem is still there, please let us know!
