Just now I have updated to WordPress 4.4 and then cleared Cache and started using my website, But after updated I’m facing issues in Category pages if I click on next page it shows me the first page posts.

I tried changing the theme to WP default one it is working fine.

I’ve check your website and I saw your problem with Category pagination. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundle with our Theme and try again. The problem may be caused by conflicting plugins.

I had cleared all the cache and junk from the server end and disabled all the plugins and tried it didn’t work.
but when I tried changing my theme to Twenty Thirteen it was working.
It seems like it is an issue with WordPress 4.4 and this theme. I am thinking they need to make an update to the category loop. It may be a quick fix
Was about to test disabling my plugins but looks like someone had tried and problem still exists. Hope there is an update some time soon
The only issue I found if it was anything was I had my blog page setup under visual composer and had it on infinite, then changed it to next and prev pagination and it stopped working. I then went and put the blog page as post page in settings>>reading, and pagination worked fine. So it only happened with VC settings for me to cause the issue with any pagination. Infinite works and infinite with load more button fine but not the next and prev pagination in VC. That is all I got but everything in categories pagination works fine on my end.

We did some tests on our theme and developers have found that there is a problem with pagination on category pages if you do not use a Big Grid. We have a quick solution for this problem. You have to alter and replace a part of the code with this: http://pastebin.com/gGHDaB2g , like this: http://screencast.com/t/VTA7WyDf7gT . Another workaround would be to use some Grids in your category pages.
