Hello again,
what plugins do you guys recommend for security and backup options, especially the ones tested with the theme?
Any suggestions are welcome as I have a pretty large site with too many posts I can’t afford losing.

I highly recommend “DUPLICATOR” to make full site backups.
For security, normal best practices like disabling editing from theme panel, removing admin account, making the config file unreadable from web, removing unused themes and plugins, etc.
I can also recommend “limit login attempts” which we use on all our sites.

Hello,
You can actually find solutions online for all of them. Use google and do a quick search:
1) https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-disable-the-wordpress-plugin-and-theme-editor/
2) https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-do-i-delete-the-admin-account
3) You have to set your file permission correct. Set 750 as file permission on your wp-config.php.
You can even find “wordpres security ultimate guides” online as a compilation of all security related modifications you can do.
As for the plugins, unfortunately these are not tested and i cannot say for sure if they will work or not with our theme.
