Purchanse code for multiple environments possible?

Hi,

Can we use the purchase code muliple times?

I’m asking because we currently have installed the newsmag theme in our testing environment. After testing and configuration we want to move the theme to our website. We did not yet put in the purchase code in the testing enviroment, because we do not know if we can use the purchase code again for our website.

Hello finanztip ,

Normally the Envato policy allows the use of a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB.

Hello Catalin,

Thanks for your fast reply. Does that mean, that we can put in the purchase code twice? Once for a subdomain like “testing.domain.de/blog” and after testing for the website “domain.de/blog”. The domain will be the same in both cases.
