Automaticatly add image on smart lists's "last page"

Hello,

I would like to add automomaticatly an image for the all the last smart lists.
Example :
I have 5 smart lists published on my website.
All theses 5 smart lists have 10 images.
=> I would like to add an image at the end of all theses smart lists to have 11 images (the 11th image will be the same on all smart lists)

You can insert the image at the and of smart list like this:
