Does this theme support HTML5 banner ads?

Supports any banner ads. HTML5 is just HTML it’s not magic sauce. 🙂
You can paste your custom HTML into the ad box units per the theme docs.
You can paste HTML5 code into a text widget in sidebar; or into any of the post templates you’re using if perhaps using custom ad manager plugin.
