Where do I set the boxed layout and responsive settings? Those two items don’t appear in the Theme – Options or Theme Customizer.
Please advise.

To make the boxed version go to Theme customizer on Colors select a color, or on Backgrounds section select a background image http://screencast.com/t/dXSY6tzk
