I’ve tested on my side and everything seems to work properly. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. After this advice, if your problem is still there, please provide your URL website so we can further inspect the issue.

I’ve checked your website again and I saw that you have not disabled all the plugins. I found a lot of unknown classes, as you can see here: http://screencast.com/t/WKdTjlavLw – http://screencast.com/t/sdpNE9X5
Please disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches again, and install ONLY the plugins that come bundled with our theme. It is very important this advice because other untested plugins used could cause a conflict and if you have disabled and have enabled only our plugins, you have excluded the reason to create a conflict between plugins.
Only if your problem is still there after this advice, please let us know.
