Change de word "SHARE" and "TRENDING NOW"

Hi

I would like to change the word “SHARE” of social sharing, and the word “TRENDING NOW” of the news ticker. Can you help me?

For the “SHARE” you need to edit td_module_single.php and change the word here: http://screencast.com/t/nNS3PGAJ
For “TRENDING NOW” the file that must be edited is: td_block_trending_now.php http://screencast.com/t/3MimDlZa

Hi, thanks, it’s working. But i’m seeing now that there are many words that i need to change because those are in english and my audience are from mexico, so they speak spanish.

My question here is if exist a way to translate into spanish all the theme?.

Sorry if my english is not too good.
