Hello Pawel,
Please ensure that you have used the correct way to create your mega menu. Also, please make you sure that you do not add the subcategories to your mega menu, like this: http://screencast.com/t/KeZbcaJasH and the result look like with your problem http://screencast.com/t/sW8iFSt0CFhu
