I create a page and put it on the menu – but i can’t link to it.
It keep saying
404 – File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
I don’t know why.
Even I edit the page and then I go to preview post – it show Error 404 all the time

It seems all your links in the menu redirect to the 404 screen. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Also try to reset your permalinks: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks

I try to disable all plugin and clear cache using plugin – it doesn’t work

Select any option you want and hit the save button. That should do it.
