How to change thumbnail size of blocks?

Our theme uses a lot of thumbnails and they are depending on what block/module is used. The list of thumbnails used you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/c1asavlcFj If you want to change the size of this, you have to alter the td-config.php and add another thumb, like this: http://screencast.com/t/6T2JI3l6rZ
