when creating an article I have to tick the boxes of the categories I want it to appear in. What is the ideal thing to do? tick the closest subcategory or the whole ramification? for example if I do an article about madrid and that’s in Spain category , which is in Europe, and Europe is in destinations. Should I tick the three of them or only Madrid?

Hello,
The implications are the same if you tick only the Spain category or both Spain and Europe. The theme recognizes the parent category and the post will display in the parent category as well.
It is safe to just tick the sub category for your posts.
