I was under the impression that site users would be able to review and rate the products with this theme. I have found out how to rate a product, but would like for users of the products to be able to submit and rate the products themselves. Is this possible with this theme?
Also, I am trying to figure out how to add a text box under a video post on a page (please see the following link – https://rehabreviews.com/rehab-reviews/top-ten-rehabs/) – here there is a #1 with the name of the Rehab Listing, plus there is a comments box over in the right side of the box. Blow this there is a author, date and keywords. How can I implement this into my post/pages?

The product on your website are not controlled by our theme but rather the woocommerce plugin. The theme has no option for rating products. You can maybe use a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-product-review/ These are not tested though but you can try a few of them out and see how they work.
Please provide more details for your second request as I cannot see exactly what you want to replicate.

Please look at the two boxes under the YouTube video…it has an author box with meta tags for the video and a box with (#1 Cliffside Malibu with a comments bubble at the end). These boxes seem to be part of the video description, which I would like to replicate as much as possible.

You will need custom modifications for a post template, for example if you want to modify the default post style you will have to edit loop-single.php file and move the featured image/video above the subtitle – http://screencast.com/t/0X0jniMQ and use subtitle field for video description – http://screencast.com/t/Q2xtYUkC2
