Is there a way to make a row background sticky (without Parallax = too shaky)?

Hi,
Unfortunately the background will remain fixed when you scroll down if this is what you mean, sorry!
You can add a background image to the row also without using parallax – http://screencast.com/t/pGn6PKcJ
