Hi,

I did not install any cache plugin due to i am using nginx server, this is what my hosting provider advise me. Therefore i would like to ask should i enable Ajax for the view count? And will it increase the load of the server since it will trigger admin-ajax.php.

Thanks.

Hello,
If you do not use a caching plugin, then you do not have to use the ajax view count as suggested here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
Thank you!

Hi Bogdan,

I realize that currently the post view is not accurate. According to Google Analytics, one of my page has 300K pageview, but website only shows 104K. Please advise.

Hello Terrence,

Please make sure that this strange behaviour for this feature does not come from conflicting plugins because I have tested this on my side and everything seems to work perfectly. Please check your list of the plugins used by you and check what plugin cause this issue. Please try to disable all the active plugins, clear all cache and instal only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicts between plugins and our theme. Try to see without plugins if your problem reappears and then try to instal one by one and see wich is the problematic plugin because this kind of issue does not come from our default theme, sorry!
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you for the message!
