Hello Robertocarlos,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the plugins in conflict and try it again. After this advice, if your problem is still there, please let us know. It is very important to follow this steps because the Visual Composer is an tested plugin with our theme and works perfectly. Maybe any untested plugin used by you could cause this problem.
