Hello Paolo,
Unfortunately the theme was not meant to display full width. These types of problems can occur when the width of the theme is changed as our theme is based on a fixed width layout and every element depends on this width. In the post you showed the sidebar falls under the main content as there is no more space for it in the right side.
Please revert to the default width of the layout for the elements to position properly.
