How can I set this function on my site? As soon as I scroll, content starts to fall smoothly. As an example below:

Our theme has a similar option but only for images. It’s called a lazyload animation: http://screencast.com/t/E3LPSxGMRRm
Unfortunately there is no option for content fading. It will have to be made custom. If you need this option I’m afraid you will have to hire a freelancer to help out because we cannot offer any custom work at the moment as we work hard on development. updates, fixes and support
