Yes, unfortunately in newspaper version 6 that block title style option isn’t available anymore but it can be achieved trough custom css.

If you want to adjust the title font you can use this code:

Please check the custom css in your theme panel as there may be an open tag in there that prevents the code from applying to your block title. Please provide a screenshot so we can take a look and see if there is something that could impact the code.

Please use this custom css to add the extra padding:
.td_block_slide .entry-title>a {
padding-left: 10px;
padding-right: 10px;
}If you also want to change the padding to the top and bottom of the text you can add padding-top and padding-bottom to the code and add your desired value in pixels.
