I use Block 2 in the sidebar and on the homepage below the slider just like the demo. They are both set to “latest posts” but both blocks keep showing old posts! I use a caching plugin but that could never be the problem. Though i tried deleting my cache, but the problem still persists!! I already tried removing the blocks and adding them again, but nothing seems to fix the problem. The block 2 latest post widget in the sidebare shows posts from 24 february, but my site is updated daily with new posts….
Please help!
OKay, i figured out that the unique article system is also filtering the sidebar. This practically makes it impossible to make a latest posts block in the sidebar. Please fix this in the future update!

The unique article apply on the entire page, this mean sidebar, footer, header anywhere where you have posts.
You can use offset feature if you want to achieve something similar.
