How to translate category link

Hello guys, how can i translate my category link.
Exemplate

When i click in category GAMES, i go to link SITE.com/category/games,
i want to change this to site.com/categoria/games (category in portuguese)

i dont want to create one page for each category of my site.

that category is added by wordpress, not by the theme.

try to use this plugin : http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-no-category-base/
