We seem to have a problem with the sliding system in our template. There’s a blank space which appears when the first roll of pictures slides over on the first page. We have turned off all the plug ins, but the problem still persists. We believe it’s a javascript error, for which we don’t have any control. You may be able to view here:

Please try to identify where this comes from. This kind of problems usually occur from conflicting plugins. Are you sure you disabled ALL plugins? Please disable all of them except visual composer and clear your cache. Also check the post settings and set the slider post limit above 4 posts (that is the default value) and make sure you have more than 4 posts to display in that particular category.

Thanks very much in advanced for your help. We’ve done an complete copy with back up of our site and tried it this way. The error that you show us does not appear when we do it at this end. We have turned off ALL plug ins except visual composer and the error persists. We also have tried using more than 4 pictures to force the slide to roll. How should we proceed? I investigated this a bit further and it seems you have pagination on your blocks and i suspect you are using the unique articles option: http://screencast.com/t/6A0zrpU1b
Unfortunately this option does not work properly with pagination when you have lots of posts and categories. Please try to deactivate this option and then filter your blocks in such a way that posts do not get doubled. either by assigning different categories to them or setting an offset.
