Hello, congratulations for the template, very nice.
I installed the latest version 1.5.1
I have 2 problems, the first (in question) is that in the pages (not articles) do not display the comments.
The second is a problem with the function minify of W3 total cache, if enabled does not work research.

Up at this post!
I experience the same problem with the lack of the comments box in pages. It works if I chose another theme so there’s no conflict from a plugin. I have comments enabled on all pages but nothing is displayed. But on posts, everything works fine – comments and all.
I use version 1.7
Is there a fix for this?
Thank you.
Hey Marius.
I don’t know what you’re asking exactly, but what I want is to have comments active in the same manner as we have for posts. I use the Disqus plugin so I think there’s no problem if there’s just the default template.
Thank you and eagerly await your fix.
Hello,
We removed the comments from pages because that comments come as default on pages(homepage, contact pages, etc) and all client asking us how to remove them from page. And to avoid this we removed from pages because is useless.
If you want you can try to implement the Disqus comments manually

We try to find a solution for the following updates, is still in our todo list.
Thanks for understanding!
The patch doesn’t work.
Not only did the patch not add comments to pages but it also removed the content from blog posts. When you clicked to read a blog, only the comments appeared, no content.
I can’t understand why the developer didn’t simply comment out comments for clients that didn’t want comments on pages. I don’t understand why he created such a complicated situation.
@idyllo It really bothered me that the developer hadn’t fixed the problem for you. I gave the theme a negative review and one of the reasons was because you requested a fix in October and as of today still don’t have one.
I would change the theme but my website helps people in really stressful situations. I can’t keep changing the site.
hi tadpubco and idyllo ,
We messed up with this feature request… everything worked out wrong… when I tried to implement it (like 4 months ago), it didn’t worked so I’ve added to the issue tracked where it was buried by a lot of other requests. Your messages didn’t reach me but a colleague … etc.
we have more than 130 feature requests and issues on our todo lists and unfortunately we always have to pick what we implement…. we cannot implement all of the requests due to time constraints and usability constraints đ . We are all working full time only on this theme.
it will take me some time (1 – 2 days) until I deploy the new version on themeforest because I was in the middle of a major update and I have to roll back the version to fix this. The new version will have comments on pages (the comments will have to be enabled via the theme panel)
@tadpubco – the patch probably didn’t work because you are using another page template or another theme version? I’ve tested it locally and it worked here.
@idyllo – the patch is not final yet. I made it fast but there may still be issues with it.
Please give us another chance, we will make it right and I’m sorry for all the issues.

Hi,
The comments work on pages, please check this settings, to be like here: http://screencast.com/t/fxQo8vwhWl then the page to have this enable: http://screencast.com/t/fVIbr5D6BQS1 and make sure you use the default template: http://screencast.com/t/mXRW2ofp
